Red Hot Wings

These wings are perfect for any night! Delicious and Spicy, these wings will kill it at any tailgate party you attend!


  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 c. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup(1 stick) unsalted butter
  • Blue Cheese and celery sticks, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a wire rack in a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Prick wings all over with the tip of a paring knife; pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to prepared pan and spread into a single layer. Bake, turning once, until cooked through and crispy, 50 to 55 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt hot sauce and butter in a large saucepan. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
  4. Serve wings with Blue Cheese Dip and celery sticks alongside.
